[Resolved]  B. E. S. T. Undertaking — online bill error

My self prabhakar mahadik living at lalbagh harharwala building no.2 room no. 11. I paid my bill online on 19.10.2018 at 7.25 pm and my bill amount was rs.520 and i also received the msg from bank to deduct 520/- against best but at the end of the payment i got error msg and deduct money from my account and still my bill is showing unpaid. Plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

The payment statement for last three months is attached herewith.

You have charge heavy amount of Electricity Bill where there is negligible Consumption of Electricity.We request you to check the meter & take proper reading on our complaint & send us right electricity bill for payment. Kindly Don’t Disconnect our Meter until complaint is not resolved.
