B. E. S. T. Undertaking — Online Payment not reflecting

I have made a bill payment of Rs.2000. My account has been debited however the BEST Undertaking online payment shows payment details but the PP status shows 'N'. Also the bill no. is not reflecting. While making the payment on the last stage the of the procedure error had occurred but payment was deducted. The status of payment was updated the next day on the BEST website.

Has the payment come through since the website yet asks me to make the payment.

I have paid 3 BEST electricity bill of Mumbai amount deducted from my amazon pay balance and not reflection on BEST system that i have paid. I have attached all 3 bills paid and transaction shows I have paid. Please check
