B. E. S. T. Undertaking — pathetic service by malvani depot

Today 8th dec 2017, post 7.20 am there was no service for bus route no 459 till 8.15am where bus stop was over crowded when few people complain to starter on the same public get answer that "गाड्या खराब आहेत, मी काय करू???" is this a public issue that malvani depo dose not have proper bus for log route... When public start shooting on starter immediate he arrange bus... What is the mean by that???... If we raises our voice we get service

Dear Sir/Madam,

My electricity bill for the month of November 2017 is (Rs. 1910) much higher than expected, as compared to previous month bill amount (Rs. 1220) without any major usage. Please check at your end and resolve it.
