B. E. S. T. Undertaking — Payment done online of 2830, account debited but the error occurred

I did the payment of inr 2830 on 15th april 2017 for consumer number[protected]*4. The amount got deducted from my account but error occured and didnt get the receipt for the same. Can you please check from your end and let me know for the same. The transaction id for your reference is inb/[protected]/techprocess solutions ltd/best.

Please check the same and update us at the earliest.

I have paid electricity bill from online facility, for consumer number[protected] on 11Apr. 2017(Today) .

Transaction detail is - BIL/[protected]/Electricity bill/316816.

Due to some technical issue, amount got debited from my account however it has been not updated in your system.

Please resolve this issue asap.
