B. E. S. T. Undertaking — the conductor put in the wrong stop and charged extra

I took the bus no 382 from shreyas cinema for chembur naka and the conductor charged 22rs whereas it should be 18rs when i checked the ticket it showed that he put the wrong bus stop and when questioned he said that there was no such stop. a humble request to take an action against the conductor
