B. E. S. T. Undertaking — the frequency of bus no. 460 mulund route

Dear sir/maam,
This is regarding the frequency of the bus to mulund route. There are no bus services during the afternoon around 2.30 pm to 4. It gets very inconvenient to travel through the scorching heat and the traffic on the jvlr junction due to the metro work assignments. Requesting you to kindly look into this matter.
Looking forward for a better service and hoping we would have a better frequency of 460, mulund route.
