Dear sir/madam, I am not receiving electricity bill on time, due. To this i have to unnecessary pay fines. That's not the actual problem, I had paid my due amt of 15716 online but still a person name called mr sai bushan disconnected the line. As i was not in my office and my staff could not get thru me, he forcefully disconnected the line without checking my receipt. Even after paying bills this is the treatment we get from best. Its a shame on best after given so many complaints still there is no action taken against mr sai bushan Hope some action will be taken soon Have an attachment of than man, please check the attachment.
