The guy is a fraud
As i was the tenant of the flat owned by the BK properties
First of all at the time of renting out the premises he has informed us that even if you leave the premises in between the rent aggrement with the notice period of one month you will get the refundable security money
But when i have gone him to give the notice first of all he asked my heaft amount for the paint 10-12K
And after that asked me to pay the rent of next month as well
And said your security money will not be returned and asked for the brokerage and given me treats to beat up by local goons
And as i have told him that i will make a police complaint he said they will not do anything to him as he have some connections with them
And as being afraid i have to leave premises un noticeable just for my safety
And always says me that i am advocate and you have to run by my terms only
And he has been doing this many other people as well

Mr Bhupendra K Khatana is pure fraud.
After getting security and one month advance asking for rent agreement to sign with terms and conditions that can't be fulfilled
He sometime object for terms and conditions then he told me to forget security and advance both.
He charged extra for rent agreement Rs 2500.
When I asked to return security at the time of leaving after serving notice. He charged colour paints charges and not return security.
It was a great loss to me.
