This post is for you. Beware of BK Homes in Chattarpur. They are completely Fraud.He talk very sweet during first meeting but after you take his property on rent. Then you will face his real face. he has informed us that even if you leave the premises you will get the refundable security money
But when i have am going he didn't give secruity amont + take brokage + Asked amount for paint. Complete fraud....

The guy is a fraud
As i was the tenant of the flat owned by the BK properties
First of all at the time of renting out the premises he has informed us that even if you leave the premises in between the rent aggrement with the notice period of one month you will get the refundable security money
But when i have gone him to give the notice first of all he asked my heaft amount for the paint 10-12K
And after that...

Dont buy flat from this b. K. Khatana property. I am tenant of this owner he is a cheater and bad guy. At the starting he will talk very nice when you take the flat from this guy he will destroy your life through torture (Rent increse, late fees, mitre unit price increse). He wont give your security money back to you even you completed all terms and condition. So dont buy frlat from this guy if you need further information. Contact me..[removed]....
