Yes. He is really a cheater. didn't return my security money and also advertises about no brokerage but takes non-refundable money as one time payment at the start.

Mr Bhupendra K Khatana is pure fraud.
After getting security and one month advance asking for rent agreement to sign with terms and conditions that can't be fulfilled
He sometime object for terms and conditions then he told me to forget security and advance both.
He charged extra for rent agreement Rs 2500.
When I asked to return security at the time of leaving after serving notice. He charged colour paints charges and not return security.
It was a great loss to me.

It was not only with me, he has practice to play with people with these type of fraudulent activities.
