B2X — disconnecting calls

I had a problem with the loudspeaker and i wenT to the Dadar sErvice cEnter on 21st april.it has been a week noW and whenever i try to call them up To chEck the status either they dIsconnect the Call or dont reSpond.i am tired of Calling at [protected] But the person on purpose disconNects my Call.plz call up the person incharge and convey my message.
