B2X — Harassment

I placed a request for replacement of one Turbocharger for my Motorola phone. The B2X centre staff called me that charger has arrived and I can collect the same. When I reach he'd there, they told me that all chargers have already been finished. Later on after 2-3 days, they again called and told me to collect the charger. Next day, I went there and again I was told that the chargers are not there. Why the staff of B2X, Parampita, New Delhi is making fun. I have to leave my work and then only, I am able to go there. Those guys don't have value of my time. Everyone, they call and later on deny. Please file a complaint against them and take necessary action.
