A Samsung Tab was submitted in the Samsung service centre. Address - PS IXL, Mouza - Atghara, JL -10, Kolkata - 700136 (Near Chinar Park in Rajarhat). Bill No - [protected] on 20th June, 2017. Please note this tab has been purchased two years back and now out of warranty. The issue was the charging was very slow in the tab and if charger is removed, the charging is down to 0% within 15 minutes. On 24/6/2016 a payment is taken by the service centre claiming the issue is resolved and Rs. 1438/- is charged as per the above invoice. However, the issue is not at all solved. After 3 days of charging post 24/6/2017, the mobile did not charge 100%. When we came back with this issue to the service centre, they re-investigated and mentioned actually the mother board is damaged and another Rs. 4300/- is needed. If the real issue is mother board, why the battery is changed 1st time. Why Rs. 1438/- is charged. We asked for a refund of Rs. 1438/- from the service centre and declined further change in mother board. The service centre refused to return any money and claimed their 1st time investigating was perfect which is completely false fact. This is happened on 29/06/2017. We complained to Samsung via phone, email ( meenaskhi.[protected]@partner.samsung.com). They have refused to pay the refund. The Samsung representative Shivangi, Meenakshi, Dimple, Charu etc are calling us in last 6 days and none of them have authority over the service centre to order a refund. Its a case of poor customer handling and charging money to customer for a service they have not at all provided. The investigation of battery replacement was not correct. I am ready to return the battery and collect Rs. 1438/ which Samsung has refused so far. Was this information helpful? | |||
