Description:- My younger brother(Prayanshu) went to service center because his Iphone was disabled due to several attempts of wrong password to unlock the phone and this is the general issue now a days because we remember so many password and this service center charged 1600 Rs. for Service IPhone for disabled to Enabled(Software updation) while i inquired several apple stores its total free if it under warranty.
Before reaching out to you, I reached out to B2X customer care they also said its totally free but this service center is not ready to listen anything.I emailed to this service center and simply he responded this customer fault hence its chargeable.
Requesting you to please help me out to get my money back.
