I have booked a bus ticket through mobikwik app for my journey from rajgarh to ahmedabad dated 2-jul-17. My pnr number was[protected]. I got confirmation message from mobikwik that your tickets are booked with baba travels and seat number 4 is allotted to you. After some time i got confirmation message from baba travels also stating "your booking is confirmed: pnr 98324082."
On date of journey 2-jul-17 morning i got message from baba travels that bus no is gj-14-w-0078.
However in midnight around 12 pm i come to know through bus driver that there is no booking in my name and my sleeper seat no 4 is alloted to someone else. I travelled without any seat entire night.
Even after repeated calls on baba travels office[protected],[protected] and[protected] there is no response.
I have also raised complain tickets with mobikwik but they are also not able to close the tickets satisfactory and saying bus operator has rejected your refund request. How come bus operator change their booking details and charge entire fare even after no allotment of confirmed seat. Please look into the same and get my money refunded.
