Pathetic service. Without intimation given seat on non ac bus instead of ac. Have to bear cold at night as i was having no blanket. Even after complaining this to their head office the driver told me to give blanket but didnt. Bus was too late reached at 9.45 instead of 7.30. They were not giving proper guidance even after clear inquiry about bua stop at nagpur. This will be my and my family frnds last ride with baba travels...

I have booked a bus ticket through mobikwik app for my journey from rajgarh to ahmedabad dated 2-jul-17. My pnr number was[protected]. I got confirmation message from mobikwik that your tickets are booked with baba travels and seat number 4 is allotted to you. After some time i got confirmation message from baba travels also stating "your booking is confirmed: pnr 98324082."
