Pathetic service. Without intimation given seat on non ac bus instead of ac. Have to bear cold at night as i was having no blanket. Even after complaining this to their head office the driver told me to give blanket but didnt. Bus was too late reached at 9.45 instead of 7.30. They were not giving proper guidance even after clear inquiry about bua stop at nagpur. This will be my and my family frnds last ride with baba travels Was this information helpful? |
