Bachpan Play School — bad faculty and untrained inexperienced part timers are teachers for kids

Really thinking that a mistake has been made considering bachpan as an option for my child's education.
Teachers here are not at all up to mark of a school as displayed.
Teachers are not at all trained nor are proficient in teaching line.
Leave aside taking care or teaching children, they are not aware of correct spellings of basic words?

You need experienced and well aged teachers to mould and guide children out of years of experience.
These fresher's whom bachpan has hired are just part-timers not teachers for nursery or kindergarten.

When i drop my kid at school the aayas guide these fresh teachers of hardly 20 to 25yrs of age who are usually seated when kids arrive... As if whatever instruction is given by aayas they will do then only.

Regarding fees refund
School owner assured of returning fees if child leaves the school in between, its now 3 months they have not refunded us the remaining fees balance

What is the education quality of bachpan?
What is the goal for nursery class student?
What about extra curricular activity for student in nursery?
What about parents teachers meeting ?
What about convocation programmes for student?

There are no teachers and management is not paying attention. All teachers have left and now there is only 1 teacher who is taking care of LKG, Nursary and UKG sections. Kids are not studying and afraid of her now.
Why we have paid 60 thousand for this school?
