Dear Sir
I have made online payment of my property tax for 2020 -21 on[protected] via Credit card for 3707/-. However, i did not get an online receipt for it I checked in the site for the bill, but it does not show the details. also after checking the KBMC site the outstanding amount still shows the full amount as 3707.00
The money has been deducted from my credit card statement account though. The transaction reference no is 236780. screenshot attached of SMS received for debiting 3707/- for credit card.
"SMS received You've spent Rs.3707.00 via Credit Card at Kulgaon badlapur Mun :16:39:18."
My asset number is 12015602
Today I tried to pay Re1/- and that was successfully debited from credit card. screenshot attached. balance showing as 3706/- instead of 0/-
request you to please check payment status and confirm receipt of the same
