My property tax no is 6001113 .I paid online rs 7221 on 29 th Dec 2020 but I didn't get receipt

Person named as Rajeev Kumar and Anand Sharma called from Mobile number [protected] for verification of property tax payment and did fraud transaction from my account

Also Receipt details has not yet updated in website.

I have made online payment of my property tax for 2020 -21. The money has been deducted from my bank account though. However, I have not received receipt/ acknowledgement for online payment. I checked the site for the bill, but it does not show the details.

I have made a payment for the property tax and my amount has been subtracted from my account. But I have not received any receipt for the same.

I have made online payment of my property tax for 2020 -21 on[protected] via Credit card for 3707/-. However, i did not get an online receipt for it I checked in the site for the bill, but it does not show the details. also after checking the KBMC site the outstanding amount still shows the full amount as 3707.00
The money has been deducted from my credit card statement account though. The transaction reference...

This refers to ongoing excavation for drainage line at night without prior permission carried out by Gajendra Anna shirsagar.

Request you kindly take the necessary action as per my request he is not fear of any law against the illegal excavation.

Road was meant to b done ready on December 2019 which was started in October 2019, since the no one has yet come to see the road situation, which was left after drilling unprepared, finding difficult to even walk, I dont no they are waiting for some one to get injured or fatal .

So idially above name has to mentioned on the bill but on property tax bill, the name was asha sudhir pandit and shraddha sudhir pandit

I would request you that please recorrect my name
On property tax bill "asha sudhir pandit" (Incorrect).
Correct name is "akash sudhir pandit"
Please do the correction and share my new bill for the same and then i will pay my property tax

I residing at Om Sai Complex phase 2, Shirgaon, Aptewadi would like to complaint about water mafia in badlapur east area.
Water tankers are run by a local leader under his relatives name and to run this business water from municiple is made to supply very less due to which demand of water tankers is more to suffies public requirement from societies. Same complaint is already lodge with KBMC but no response and action taken and water shortage is continued.

This needs to stop.

I the resident of konark gardens shirgoan, here few residents are not allowing to dump the garbage in the garbage area of society instead have forced the residents to throw in nearby areas making it riskier as per the current covid 19 situations. Also, note the society is not yet formed. Hence i would request you to please take necessary steps & request municipal authorities to visit daily to collect garbage.

I m one of the resident in your area name ravindra shete there is problem over here of our toilet tank its getting chockup frequently
Plz do clear this as soon as possible

We are highly furstated from the way badlapur gov. Is working on roads. Most of the roads are closed. Badlapur gov. Is doing construction without planing and without thinking about the convience of public. Same way speed breakers have constructed. Why some one need 4 speed breakers in 0.5kg road. This nonsense construction and breakers are damaging our vehicles.

मागील ५ महिन्यापासून कुळगाव बदलापूर अपोझिट मोहन पाम, शुभ निसर्ग बिल्डिंग च्या समोर नाला (गटार) भरून सांडपाणी रस्त्यावरून वाहत आहे. त्या मुळे रोगराई पसरत आहे तसेच डासांचा प्रादुर्भाव वादळ आहे. तसेच बिल्डिंग मध्ये येण्या जाण्याचा तसेच गाववाल्याना ये जा करण्याचा रास्ता तोच आहे. त्यामुळे आपणास विनंती आहे कि तो नाला आपण साफ करून द्यावा.

We were regular travelers from ulhas river bridge to badlapur gaon main connecter road.

We spacing problem of this damage road from rainy season was start. Road was damage. Badlapur rikshwalas increase their rent because of road tax was increased.

Please tell us why we pay more rent for this damaged road.

No one or no single authorised person take care of it.

We want solution for long period not for 6-7 months.

This problem was not solve by badlapur municipal corporation, then please tell me to whom i raise complaint against our problems.

It is been noticed that illegally somebody is selling garments on footpath next to heaven bell convent school. It's creates traffic and impacts on shopkeepers. We want kulgao badlapur nagarparishd to take appropriate action in this regard and to be stopped quickly.

Already we have given a complaint letters to municipal corporation encroachment department two times but still seems those people have not taken action by corporation team.

मागील १५ दिवसान पासून यादवनगर, बदलापूर परिसरातील कचरा गोळा करणारी घंटा गाडी न आल्या मुळे सर्व बिल्डिंगचे कचऱ्याचे डबे भरून वाहू लागले आहेत. सर्व बिल्डिंग आवारात घाणीचे साम्राज्य झाले आहे. तसेच या साठलेल्या काचऱ्या मुळे खूप घाण वास येत आहे तसेच किडे, माशा, मच्छर यांचा त्रास नागरिकांना सहन करावा लागत आहे. घंटा गाडी बाबत संबंधित नगरसेवकां कडे विचारणा केली असता, गाडी नादुरुस्त झाल्याचे समजले, हे एक/दोन दिवस साठी ठीक आहे, जास्त दिवस लागणार असतील तर मग पर्यायी कचरा उचलण्याची व्यवस्था करणे हे नगर सेवकांचे काम नाही का? अशा प्रकारे नागरिकांना वेठीस धरणे हे बरोबर नाही, "स्वच्छ भारत अभियान" हे फक्त बॅनर वर लिहिण्या पुरतेच राहिले आहे अशी अवस्था झाली आहे. नगर पालिका टॅक्स घेताना कचरा नेण्याचे देखील पैसे घेते. मग नागरिकांनी असेच घाणीत राहायचे असेल तर टॅक्स भरणाऱ्या नागरिकांना लुबाडल्या सारखे होईल.
आपणास कळकळीची विनंती आहे, कि लवकरात लवकर या समस्ये पासून यादवकारांची सुटका करावी, हि विनंती.

Since last night there is water logging in our society tulsi city, tulsi aarambh, kharvai, badlapur east, behind msed office., there was approx 5.5 ft water, the rain has stopped and still the water is not getting drained out. This water logging has damage our vehicles, as its flooded since last night. And the vehicles are under water,
My question is there will be tremendous monetary loss which will effect middle class people like us, please help us out.

It has been 2 years since we were instructed to collect our wet and dry waste separately in 2 different bins. And we have been doing so diligently. All were quiet happy to know that the badlapur civic body is finally taking interest in waste management and taking a step towards the betterment of environment.
But to our utter disappointment, the trucks/dumpers have never collected these wastes separately. They are being collected and mixed in the same truck. So what was the point in suddenly increasing the house tax by a whooping 360/year per house in the name of waste management. And why wasteful efforts like distributing extra dustbins in all households, for encouraging us to segregate waste, when they are ultimately to be mixed in front of our eyes?
2 years is a long wait. I request the concerned authorities to take some real concrete steps in this direction as soon as possible.

All hospital wastage has been placed openly inside manjiri heights b wing society by dhanlaxmi hospital, society has warned doctors to remove it, but still he is not listening. And he has placed all his heavy tree vases on society's drinking tank, all dust and germs goes inside the water. This all issues has been given in complaint at badlapur nagar parishad, but still no action has been taken against the hospital. Due to fear we can't let our small children or family to play or roam in the society due to un necessary wastage of hospitals. We hope you take some strict action against this hospital which is been operated inside a residential property. Or else we all society members will sit on hunger strike outside our building.

I stay Badlapur west borad pada road Datt nagari soc. We have four building society one member our society was worked with gas celendar services. He park company full loaded gas celender vehicle in parking area of society it is hazardous to people who lived in society and also to children who play near by to that vehicle. I hope you will take necessary action on it.

Because society respected people suggest him to not parked here that vehicle but he till today parked that gas vehicle in society.

If you want to check please come at our society at night you will found that vehicle.

We stay at badlapur west, we facing the problem not proper roads at borad pada badlapur gaon, badlapur west. This road is main road which connect to badlapur station, but because of 3km far from station condition of road not better. We all age of person suffer by road condition. We request to badlapur municipal corporation do needfull.

Its everyday seen the chamber is open and waste water is been flooded in next to my room from front building. Its gets stink and slush spread every where. Its leads to the mosquitoes breeding and can form the dengue mosquitoes also. Our society and my room is very close to this scenario.in present condition even we cant open the window of hall.

Request to concern department of badlapur corporation, look into this and take a corrective action to avoid illness in around the human and society.

​i m residing at badlapur west, local peoples dumping lot of garbage infront of sant nirankari bhawan badlapur west (Manjarli-valivali road). No cleaning peoples take action. They check the garbage and without cleaning they walk off. Daily nearby local put their garbage there. The picture has been taken from my balcony of our flat.

​kindly look into the matter however monsoon will be start soon and it will occurs a water logging because of garbage. And dirty smell also we are facing.

My self santkumar pandey, stays in paranjee's garden city situated at badlapur east. Sir, we are facing problem in night as there is no street light. As sometimes i return from work in late night, katrap highway is so dangerous for walking. And there is no patrolling of police also. As on this road, there are too many big society, but after 8 pm highway becomes very dangerous. There must be street light at list from station to d mart. Please do needful regarding this matter. Waiting for corrective action.

Every saturd a bazar is there at mohan palms road. The hawkers are not arranging goods proerly. And public coming their to purchase goods are parking on road in shivganga societ. Road is blocked for going inside at purushottam heights. So please don’t allow public to park in between roads. The public residing nearby mohan palms road are in trouble to pass their vehicles at home.

I am Mr. Kathod Mhatre staying at Badlapur (W). I have one warehouse at Badlapur (Eranjad village) . in this warehouse previously I was doing Milk Business. and I was paying commercial Property Tax for it. but in the year of 2009, I close my Business only because of lack of governments facility in that place. After that I Informed to Badlapur Municipal corporation to Cancelled the Commercial Tax and charge as per norms. But till date after so many notices and personal visits. nobody is there to attend my complaints. I have paid my Tax till 2010, After that till I am not getting updated bill. now instead of providing proper bill the recovery authorities are forcing to pay the tax,

I want proper solution for it i am ready to to my all tax but after getting proper bill.
