Badlapur Municipal Corporation — Property Tax amount

I have transferred amount of Rs. 4195/- on 13th August, 2021 but I have not received any receipt from the site & the amount is showing as outstanding till now.
Amount has been debited from my account but till now the site it is not showing any details.

So, please look into the matter at the earliest.
