Bag Planet — product not received order id #6826 date added: 10/11/2017

My order id is #6826

The order was placed on 10/11/2017. Payment is made of ₹1, 424 through credit card. Assured delivery between 20/11/2017 - 25/11/17. Since did not receive item until today 1/12/2017, i wrote an email to expedite delivery and ask for the updates immediately even requested to refund the amount. I received an email indicating will be initiated within 48 hrs. Several reminders sent but no reply. Refund is yet not initiated. Seems fraud company. No contact number is given. Also live chat always off so you can not approach.
