My order id is #6826
The order was placed on 10/11/2017. Payment is made of ₹1, 424 through credit card. Assured delivery between 20/11/2017 - 25/11/17. Since did not receive item until today 1/12/2017, i wrote an email to expedite delivery and ask for the updates immediately even requested to refund the amount. I received an email indicating will be initiated within 48 hrs. Several reminders sent but no reply. Refund is yet not initiated. Seems fraud company. No contact number is given.
