[Resolved] BagItToday — Fraudulent schemes | |||
This is with respect to the original order placed on 16th October, with one Mr. Rishab Roy. I had clearly mentioned to him that I would be interested in the BagitToday - Yatra offer, only and only if he is able to promise me that we can use the package (Yatra 3999/- one + one free) in the upcoming Diwali holidays. Reason being that my family and my in-laws can then make use of the holiday. I also copied Sonia Mehta, Chief Customer Experience Officer, since this is co-branded and I believe that Yatra is also getting their equity diluted and brand name besmirched by this unprofessional handling of customers. However, after booking the order, Mr. Rishab Roy refused to answer the call, despite my attempts twice - on[protected]. There was no booking ID provided and for which, despite several follow ups, there was no adequate response. Consequently, Diwali came and went and we could not take a holiday as per this plan. Post that I have been getting SMSes on my mobile: 1) 29th October 2013 - Unable to service your order no. 33337388 for Rs.3999.00 2) 29th October 2013 - Unable to service your order no. 33337418 for Rs.3999.00 3) 12th November 2013 - - Unable to service your order no. 33331013 for Rs.3999.00 Kindly have my order cancelled and the money refunded at the earliest.
