Refund of the air ticket

Extremely unpleasant experience with Yatra for my flight refund for ticket booking number[protected]. The flight was cancelled 2 months ago on 24th March. I just get identical copy paste emails WITHOUT ANY REFUND. Yatra is making no effort to refund my money!!!

They are harassing senior citizens like me!...

I made a hotel booking through Yatra and the payment was successfully deducted from my account via PhonePe UPI. However, even after more than one hour, I did not receive any booking confirmation, voucher, booking ID, email, or SMS.

I contacted the hotel directly to verify the reservation status. The hotel clearly stated that:
1. They have received no reservation from Yatra.
2. They do not have any tie-up or booking...

Hi

I had booked a ticket on Etihad airways PNR No 7LIEHZ. The same was cancelled by airlines due to airspace disturbance / war in Gulf region. As per the airlines and Yatra the refund was accepted.
Etihad refund request no[protected] on March 18, 2026.
However no refund has been received by me.

Flight booking failed - Refund Not Received from Yatra.com 23 Days Delay

I tried to book an international flight on Yatra.com (Booking Ref:[protected] on 1st March 2026. The payment of Rs. 114, 809.00 was billed to my credit card (Transaction Ref: MT260610267000010039771).

I booked an individual flight ticket through Yatra by selecting the “lowest fare” option. At no stage during the booking process was it disclosed that the ticket would be issued as a group PNR. I have booked flight via yatra.com, I got an email regarding booking reference number but I got no PNR no confirmed tickets, PNR is showing 00000. No response from Yatra customer service, call is going unanswered even after 30+mins long wait. Worst service ever. Not issueing Revised schedule Air Ticket

Booked ticket, amount debited but no ticket received

I booked a flight on March 28 from Delhi to Trivandrum for March 31 and did the payment through credit card. The amount has been debited yet I did not receive any booking confirmation or ticket details.
I registered a complaint through Yatra support as well.
I have tried contacting multiple times on customer care but there is no response from anyone.
Kindly send me the full refund if payment is not received at Yatra...

I booked a flight from Mumbai to Delhi with Yatra for 20th Feb 2025, and I got the response that the flight is canceled from airlines end, I requested them to provide me alternate, but they are putting the blame on airlines. I contacted airlines, and was told, that Yatra had not updated the name of the passengers for the booking, and even the payment is due, therefore the airline is not able to provide me the alternate. I keep trying to reach Yatra, but never able to connect. I absolutely needed to be present in Delhi on the date for flight, and now the flight cost is way higher.

I really need the alternate flight to be provide to me from Yatra.

    Unconfirmed status on my flight booking

    I have booked my flight ticket from chennai to London at yarta.com. I have received ticket details as unconfirmed status in email and the amount was deducted from my bank account. Please help. I was wondering if there was security breach in this website. I need to book this ticket asap as my trip was delayed today....

    Refund of Cancelled Flight tickets | PNR 5H2FXF

    This is in regard to the refund of cancelled flight of Vistara Airlines with PNR [protected]@FXF. Yatra has processed INR 6, 044 only on 20 April 2024. However, Vistara Airline has confirmed that a full refund has been processed of amount INR 45, 970 (Email attached). Yatra is not ready to refund the balance amount (INR 45, 970 – INR 6, 044 = INR 39, 926).

    I booked a round flight on Yatra.com on 26-3-24 from delhi to Singapore payment deducted but no booking confirmation. I received a mail that ill get my refund back from yatra in 30 minutes but its been 506hours my refund has not been credited neither its showing in yatra application for my refund...

    I booked a flight from Yatra.com for the 15th of March, 2024 from Bengaluru to Guwahati(Air India Express - 8:20 departure and 11:10 arrival). All the details were taken and I made the payment through UPI the transaction receipt for which is attached here. It is clearly visible there that the payment was done and received by Yatra. The amount was deducted from my account but I did not get any booking details or confirmation. I tried to track the booking from my account and there is no trace of it anywhere but the amount was taken. I have been trying to contact Yatra but they do not respond to any emails. Only an automated response was all I got. Neither have they provided a phone number to reach out to for issues with flight bookings or for any urgent issues. This clearly looks like an attempt to loot money and then become unreachable. I want a refund for the money that was stolen from me by Yatra.

        I opted for UPI payment and was redirected to the payment page. I received a request of Rs.4986 on my Phonepe account and I made the payment on the same request, i have attached a screenshot of the completion of the transaction on the same account which was of yatra.com

        This flight got cancelled from Indigo itself and they sent us the credit note stating that your refund has already been given to your travel partner who is Yatra.com
        We initiated refund with Yatra.com with steps they have given. On which we see status that refund is processed and also we sent mail to support team where they say the same thing but we did not receive anything in bank. We asked for transaction number on which they said for refund to process share your bank details for NEFT.
        Firstly they said refund is processed whereas they did not take any steps and then we followed up again and again they asked for NEFT details. We provided that as well on which we are again not getting any update, Each time they say will update in 24 hours and they do not do anything. It is a month now we are trying to get refund. I dont understand the issue why they are not processing our refund.
