Bags Planet — delivery not received of trolley bags | |||||
I placed an order of 3 nos. Trolley bags on line 25.12.2017 payment made online through credit card of rs.2021/- payemnt id no. Mojo7c25005a53213296 by instamojo but still product was not received. I have file refund request & complaint 3 times but still not received back my money or not received my product as ordered. This is very dirty & unethical ways of business. You are ruin the customers. It is my badluck to made order to this company on site. Pls. Share my money return. I will file case against bags planet & instamojo both with proof of payment. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Order No.11814, Dated 23.11.17 payment made thr. Debit card. Delivery not done. Re-attempt for delivery requested on 19.12.17 and scheduled delivery time given by company was between 2 to 4 Jan. Still goods not delivered. No response frm the company inspite of many msgs send to co. On messenger...
They have not delivered the product .I have ordered from Bagsplanet website. Money deducted from my account by INSTAMOJO. company gave confirmation of the order but nothing happened after that. No body is picking up the phone.IT SEEMS A FRAUD COMPANY.Google has shown some reviews sharing same thing

The product is not yet delivered. The website has no email address or phone number. The live chat section also seems offline always.No response in the enquiry section. I feel cheated.
Please ask them to refund my money or deliver my product.
