Bagsplanet — product dispatched but not delivered even after 1 month

I have placed an order (13857) on nov 28th. I got a mail from this team on dec 6th that the product is dispatched. After dec 6th, there are no updates. Sent many mails to bagsplanet. [protected]@gmail.com.
Lately i felt that this site is fake and so their email-id is pointed to gmail instead of any company domain.
I request this team to please verify this site existence and ban this from internet so that other buyers will not be cheated.

I tried to add feedback and go for live chat.
Feedback, always goes for some approval and live chat is always offline.
