I have taken two ULIPs, HDFC & BAJAJ ALLIANZ Goal Assure ULIP through Policy bazaar and paid the amount required on same date, 15/07/2021. HDFC responded and my HDFC ULIP started on 18/07/2021 and AUTODEBIT is working smoothly. On the other hand, BAJAJ ALLIANZ not contacted .When I inquired with customer service, they accepted receiving of money but was not able to answer reason for delay. After numerous calls, finally policy started on 24/07/2021.The policy was on auto debit and never was money deficit in my account. But they (Bajaj Allianz) deactivate my account without any call. When inquired the customer care bluntly said they had some problem. Again this happened after two months, suddenly the amount is not auto debited.

When the problem was in the company why am i charged for account deactivation and late premium.My account was on auto debit and fund was always there.
