On receipt of the Proposal Form copy received by email and INR 350000.00 has been debited from our A/c no. XX6074 on[protected]:39:11 at EASY/Bajaj Allianz L/[protected]/NDE3MjExM. I am shocked to see that the Scheme was not the same I was told by the Intermediary AXIS Bank Ltd Bathinda Pb. IFSC UTIB0000242, I did not consent to this type of investment.

Please be so kind as to help me and register my grievance. While filling any form digitally, initiating the proposal and debiting the deposit amount without explaining the scheme properly and keeping me in the dark, and as I am a Senior Citizen and am unable to pay 3.5 Lac every year as I have to meet other expenses against my very less pension income. I am not satisfied and wish not to complete the process and want that the policy may not be issued or that it be cancelled, and full refund be Credited to my Account.
