Hi,
I have being using Bajaj medical insurance “ Family floater” since last 2 years. This being the 3rd year, it was renewed in Jan'16.
The discussion happened over phone and I gave my consent to continue the insurance. I was told the total amount and was also told that it will be EMI based( similar to last 2 years) . The 1st EMI will be deducted in April'16. I would suggest you to kindly check the call recording for the same.
But now I was told that its going to be a onetime payment of RS 10280. This is simple breach of your commitment.
I haven't received my medical cards for this term.
Kindly resolve asap.

Sir, i Rajendra Sitaram Kadam regular coustmer of your products. i am purchase of heath insurance policy of General Insurance Phone binding under refrence no. 577GIP57635673 sum assured Rs.10 Lakh for yearly primium Rs. 13, 598 under EMI Rs. 1360/- deducted in saving account on dtd. 05.12.2017.
I recived massege from Bajaj Finserv, ''Greeting! EMI of Rs. 1360 for loan a/c no.577GIP57635673 is due on Jan.2018 keep balanc in your a/c. in advance.
i have never reciverd my policy no. & policy document, medical card till date. so many time coll in phone number but they anable to help me.

Hi, I am Savita Rani with customer id 27527780. On 30th June one of executive called me and discussed about health plan. He has promised to send me mail within two days.and send the cards within one week.but today it is 17 of July. I haven't received any mail or soft or hard copy of the insurance.but the loan account is generated.Emi is generated.i can't understand why everything is processed if I haven't received the policy number.if I will not receive anything related to insurance then I will not pay the EMI.this a complete harassment and exploitation of Right to information act. Your customer care executives are also not helping.kindly do the needful.
