My Father has taken Bajaj Allianz SARVE SHAKTI SURAKSHA policy on the name of my Mother through The KDCC bank and we have been paying premium for the same @10, 000 per year for the past 5 years. Now this policy is near to maturity Date (Maturity Date is[protected]. So we called up to the Bajaj Allianz Customer Care to get the detail about the fund value and maturity value of the policy.
As mentioned already, we had paid a premium of Rs. 10, 000 for 5 year. So it comes around 50, 000/- Rs. Now since we called Bajaj Allianz Customer Care to know Maturity Value on Maturity Date. We were SHOCKED to hear that out of Rs. 10, 000/- Premiums paid by us, we will be getting around Rs. 47, 718/- back only. This was not communicated to us at the time of applying for policy. Despite the representative guaranteed us good returns after 5 years (Total Paid Premium + Return). Same thing he showed us in the Policy Brochure. Now we are left in complete mess. We are fully depressed, since we feel we are cheated by this company we trusted.
We also asked for the account statement to get in more detail. But the account statement they provided is full of confusions. They charged fees amount without any base. There is no certainty in the base rate. Such fees were not communicated by their representative in the beginning.
We expect some positive reply from you ASAP. At least expect our principal amount back.
