[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance — Cheque declined received from bajaj allianz against policy no [protected] | |||
I received the cheque on 8th December through courier from Bajaj Allianz life insurance but when I went to deposit my bank denied accepting as it was valid for only 3 months and date mentioned in the cheque was 7th September. When spoke to call centre about this issue they informed me to visit the nearby branch. Since I was not well and couldn't visit the branch on my behalf my friend visited to submit the same with the letter written and signed by me. But the branch manager denied to accept and informed either the policy holder or blood relatives should visit. They behaved very rudely with my friend which is not acceptable. I request you to take action as my friend just went to submit the application and not to collect money .
