Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company — Double premium deducted for policy but not credited into account and only one premium refunded | |
I have a Bajaj Allianz future gain policy for which I pay premium of 2500 rs per month through Citibank credit card ccsi on 22nd of every month. For November 2020 double premium deducted on 23rd (2500 rs) & 24th (2500 rs) november. Immediately I raised a dispute through Citibank for double deduction and citibank provide me temporary credit of 2500 on 24th Nov. On December 4th I received message from Bajaj Allianz for regretting double premium deduction and refunded processing. I received one premium amount refund (2500rs) from bajaj Allianz on 4th Dec But the second premium amount (2500 rs) not credited in policy account. I talk to customer care of bajaj Allianz they replied they recieved one primium on 24 Nov and refunded the same on 4 Dec and told me to contact Citibank(bank fault). I talked to Citibank also they said double amount deducted from merchant (bajaj Allianz) on 23rd and 24th November. And citibank also provide me transactions reference number for both transactions. Again I talked to bajaj Allianz customer support and provide them all proves of double deduction including their text msg screenshot. But they are not responding properly. I wish to Charge a heavy penalty against Bajaj Allianz for misguided and mental harrasement of mine. I want refund of 2500 rs or credit in policy account. Alok gosain Policy no.
