[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — life insurance not surrender

Hi,
I have taken one policy one year back and now because of some personal urgency I want to surrender that policy, it is clearly mentioned in the document that I can surrender policy at any time but when I tried to surrender the same Bajaj Allianz team told me that I can’t surrender the policy now and I hv to wait for 5 years and after that only I can surrender the policy . They suggested me to stop the premium that means I hv to paid penalty too as my policy will be consider as default .
Any suggestions ? At least they should allow to surrender the policy .
