Bajaj Allianz — policy closed without intimation and no amounts paid to the policy holder

Hi,
We opted a life insurance policy of 200000 and paid 3 premiums as said by our agents from 2004 to 2007. The premium amount paid was 10, 000 per year for 3 years totally we paid 30, 000. But now when we requested for closure, the customer service told that the policy has been foreclosed so that they cannot provide any amount. While availing the policy the agent told that we will be receiving 200000 after 20 years and we don't need to pay premiums after paying the first 3 premiums.
We need to register complaint on this so that we could get at least the amount paid.
Please let us know whom we need to contact regarding this complaint.

No one contacted us from bajaj..is there any other way to register a complaint in consumer court ?
We are planning to file a complaint if no actions further taken
