Policy Not Issued Even After Successful Online Payment
Paid for Bajaj Allianz Health Insurance (family floater health guard platinum) on 23 Feb 2021 at 1 AM IST, but I have not received any policy document or policy number by email or any email from Bajaj Allianz. The money from my account got deducted and I have only received an SMS that 'Dear Customer, We thank you for your premium of Rs 46006.00 against BAGIC payment ID 16246630. Caringly yours Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd.' .

No previous policy number with Bajaj, this is the first time and so far the customer care experience is very bad. Already emailed [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in many times, called on customer care number many times. Have been contacting customer care since the transaction day who asked me to wait for 48 hours and now it's been more than 21 days that I have not received any policy related email !
If someone from Bajaj Allianz is reading this, please provide me with my policy number as well as the policy document via email within the next 24 hours. You already have all the details on the payment mentioned above, as well as contact details on your record.
