[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — retire rich policy to die before pension | |||||
My complaint of 26th Nov on Policy No.[protected] has been responded here with a stupid message giving details of policy, premium payment etc which even an ### will know once he has taken a Policy and makes renewal payment. There was no query regarding policy details of Premium paid. Thus my query is not resolved and my earlier observation that this company is full of illiterate stands since for the past 3 months my query is not even understood by this company and it requires attention of literate personnel if available in this company. Dec 5, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved The company has not resolution to offer due to incompetent technical team . They informed that auto pop up is linked to terms of policy and it will pop up like a fool without any actual debit taking place in my case.I have informed that if auto debit takes place i will be constrained to lodge FIR for unauthorized debit from My card towards premium. Bajaj Allianz customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
