Bajaj allianz general insurance company ltd.
Bajaj allianz car insurance, ' most frustrating insurance services provider company. I don't know the other services/products of this company, but i can say by using one service that they are not serving well how about other,
I can't trust them further more.
I have renew my private car insurance policy on dated 24/06/2019 by online transaction as per quotation of bajaj allianz general insu.co. Ltd.
My policy no is. Og[protected]-00039977. Dt. 24/06/2019
But till date i do not get policy paper hard copy after full payments on dated 24/06/2019, where my previous policy will be expired soon on dated 08.08.2019.
First i have mailed to id apurva. [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in on dated 15/07/2019 regarding this matter.
Then i have registered a complain to bajaj allianz customer care regarding this issue with complain no 79396616 on dated 19/07/2019. Customer care assured me that the policy will be reched within next 7-10 days.
After 7 days when policy copy has not got i again call to bajaj allianz customer care & again generate a complain no 79492177 on dated 25/07/2019, they assured me the policy already despatched and reached earliest.
On dated 04/08/2019 i again call to customer care and now customer care representative assure me the policy has been despached on dated 27/07/2019 and reached to delay for weather problem and also told me that this is the problem of courier service provider end and they are not responsible in that delay.
Worst service providers,
What should i do now kindly suggest.
1. Should i take refund of my money and take insurance to other companies.
2. Should i take any legal action.
