your prodect of15 ltr water heater shakati glassed sr.no. 15558 batch no.[protected] cod no.1518928 was by me from Pawan Enterprises chittorgarh Raj. 312001vide his bill no.557 on[protected]. the above product was not working properly.The comlaint was lose by me on 11-12-14. But it was not resolved till today up to 7pm please take action for resolving the problam of comp. no. 6006372 thanks
