TO THE RESPONSIBLE, ITS A GREAT SHAME TO DRAFT A COMPLAINT LETTER AGAINST BAJAJ ELECTRICALS .I HAD PURCHASED A BAJAJ COOLEST PC 2005 MODEL, IT WAS WORKING WELL ALL THESE DAYS, BUT SUDDENLY THE MOTOR GOT COMPLAINT. I HAD ENQUIRED WITH THE SERVICE CENTRE IN COCHIN (SMART ELECTRICAL SERVICE), THEY INFORMED US THEY WILL DELIVER THE MOTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, BUT STILL NO REPLY. WHEN I CONTACTED THE SERVICE PERSON MR. RAJESH HE REPLIED TO ME" WE ARE ALSO WORKING IN THE SAME HEAT SO WHAT ABOUT U ".SUCH AN IDIOTIC REPLY I GET IT FROM HIM.WHY SHOULD I PAY MY MONEY FOR BAJAJ PRODUCTS WHAT SHOULD I DO, WHY DO COMPANY MANUFACTURING SUCH CHEAP PRODUCTS WHEN THEY CANT OFFER A GOOD CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
