I am mr. B vasudeva rao, i purchased one bajaj majesty rcx18 plus multifunction cooker and sr. No. Of the product : w[protected], on 20/10/2016 at saravana stores in purasaiwakam, chennai-7, frequently repairs coming and they are not responding properly, this is not one time, repair also should not done properly. Recently i gave complaint regarding above mentioned cooker on 04/09/2018 through customer care they said we will send mechanic within 2 or 3 days, but i thought its get very late, so i gave cooker to authorized mechanic (Name is : dayalan in chennai) at their shop and he said we will call you within 2 days but they didn't called me, after 4 days i called to them and i asked what happened my cooker, they said we call back to you with in 1 hour, and they made call also and he said due to heavy water came into cooker some spare parts has replace we can rectify and will give it tomorrow, but they didn't give again after 4 days i called to them and they said it will take 2 more days to rectify and i complaint to their one of the co-ordinator kavitha, she is not also not responding properly, still they didn't give my cooker and they should not have own mechanics, i am suffering a lot, its frequently coming repairs... Now 20 days gone there is no proper information, and no proper response also, this is way company is giving respect to customers., regarding this i spoke to 5 persons

Still it is under process only... Matter rice cooker is taking this much of time...
*i raised complaint in consumerhelp.gov.in also the complaint is under process still 20 days, worst service, worst service, worst coordination, worst system, 20 days successful completed still it is in process... Thank you so much... Was this information helpful? |
