Bajaj Electricals — bajaj neo pride ceiling fan | |||
I bought 5 bajaj neo fans in april, 2018. The fans started making noise for which several times complains have been raised. However, every time a technician comes and make a temporary fix and goes. The problem arises again in some time. The last complain i raised was on 28th january (Pun[protected]-1, pun[protected]-2) for which no resolution has been provided yet. A technician came, took the fans for 4 days and returned saying he was not able to fix them. Every time i call at bajaj, i am told to call different service centre managers who don’t respond to the complains as well. Today, i called again, only to know that my previous complains have expired and i would need new one (Pun[protected]-1, pun[protected]-2, pun[protected]-3). An additional complain was raised because another fan started creating problems again. This kind of product and this kind of after sales service is not what i expected from bajaj electricals. My warranty is about to end in 2 months and nothing has been done about the defective products that were sold to me. I need a replacement of all these fans and more importantly, i need bajaj to atleast respond to my complains. Was this information helpful? | |||
