Bajaj Electricals — Bajaj popular plus geyser 25 litres
I am Amit Kumar, I purchased a Bajaj Popular Plus Geyser 25 litres from Flipkart on 24 September,
It stops working on 15 December, i aclled customer care, they send technician on same day, named vivek he repaired in just 2 min, and gone
After 2 days geyser is stopped working by same problem, i again called customer care after 2 days vivek came and i am not at home, he again repaired in 2 min and gone, after 7 days again same problem i again called customer care and after 3 days vivek came and repaired it, i said vivek wait till the water is hot, and he said geyser is ok and take my number and call me if problem persists, water is not heating and i call vivek he not picking call, from 10 days my geyser is not working which is in warranty, too much problems for kids to bath and go to school and for me in morning for bath and all family, i again raised complaint but customer care have no power they cant help me, i taken number of vivek supervisor from customer care, and i called me he said you purchased it from flipkart so this problem is their you should purchased it from dealer, i said if there are so much problems that are not repairable in geyser please change, he said you order from flipkart we cant change it, means bajaj giving duplicate items online, sir i am very disappointed and angry, please solve my problem, and please tell me where should i complaint of vivek and his supervisor, not at all helping and solving customer problem.
