I asked him, is there any guarantee or warranty on the replaced part and he said "NO" I was flabbergasted. Any part that is electrical parts replaced in any gadgets will definitely have a guarantee or warranty period.. How come the parts that your company provides do not have any guarantee/warranty period? I wish to know. Being an advocate, I would like to address this issue in the newspaper.
