OnNov.26, I purchased a Bajaj Geyser from SKY LITE Tilak Nagar New Delhi which was installed by your engineer vide your secret code No. 1533. I am not satisfied by the service provided by your team. The iron pipe already fitted by us in the bath room for putting up the clothes, was bent by your engineer without my permission.First he asked me to bring two long water pipes from the market and when I brought, he did not use these pipes.He put some load of the geyser on the iron pipe and when I objected, he bent the iron pipe. Besides that he removed the Multi Function Valve from the geyser and did not fix it and took it away. Yesterday and today, I tried to contact him many times on the mobile phone, but he did not respond. Please instruct your team to fix up the Multi Function Valve on my geyser immediately.
