I bought bajaj ledglow 424 lrd - li 1000 on 12 sept'17, it is defective and seems internally damaged too. It is not getting on and when we pick it up, there is noise of parts colliding internally... So it seems the product part is broken from inside.
I don't understand why such damaged products are delivered to customers.
I sent emails and called customer care 4-5 times... They keep disconnecting my call or keep it on hold and told me that i have no other option rather to keep the product.
It's really frustrating... Earlier i was looking for replacement but experiencing such a bad customer service... I need refund and arrange the pick up for product.
Company is saying that technician will visit and service the product and it cannot be replaced. The question here is why would i get the new defective product serviced, it is not used even for 1 minute.
