I have raised a complaint on 13/10/19 complaint no:mum[protected]-1 for my electric kettle. The technician came the next day & took the kettle to the service centre. I called him after 2 days & he says that it is irreparable as the part is unavailable. The company will either replace or refund. Later i was told that i will get replacement after i had continuous follow ups with mr. Taufiq & mr. Sujay. They dont bother to answer calls or return calls or sms. I was promised thrugh sms that i would get the kettle with replacement on 26/10/19. Today both of them are not answering my calls or sms. I have complained this on twitter. I am losing my warranty period. This is the worst and pathetic company i have ever experienced till date. Kindly share the md or chairman email id. Please refund my money.. I am fed up of this service. I will not take the product anymore as the parts are unavailable and the services are pathetic.
