Gone out of order two times within one year - customer service system is worst and product quality is too worst-will spread the message to all that no one should buy products from Bajaj Electricals.
I had purchased a Bajaj Flora 3L Geyser in 2022 for my Kitchen and it gone out of order two times within one year. Customer support is worst. Customer Service executives are not attending properly. Asking so many unwanted questions. When they are having all the details why they are asking many questions. Too much time taking to attend the complaint. It seems the technicians are not experts and lacking knowledge about the products. Technicians are not properly trained and don’t behave properly. Design & reliability of the product is also not good. Just wanted to bring your notice that I have been using your products since long and being a loyal customer, I purchased this geyser for my brand new flat. Today morning suddenly, the geyser pipe and kitchen water supply pipe got blast. Luckily my wife didn’t injure due to outlet of geyser got blast and my kitchen wall got damaged. I had registered complaints no. of times through WhatsApp, and direct phone call to your service center. You can check your call logbook, or you can track the calls, how many times they have attended to my request. Really it looks ridiculous and the whole Bajaj team is responsible about this incident. I need either a replacement or refund in the case of my product. When the product is not giving continuous service, the customer should be eligible for compensation. Will wait for a day or two max, if no one is responding to my request, surely I am going to file complaint in consumer court about this incident along with videos and pics. which clearly shows the product quality and carelessness of customer service team.
By the way when you claim that your products are best in class then why we are depending on your service team and there is frequent breakdown of products. It gives clear signal that henceforth we should not go for your products now onwards.
Kindly intervene and settle this issue at he earliest. If you want, will share all the evidence.
