I have purchased a cooler DC-2015 ICON yesterday i.e.[protected]. After getting delivery at 9:30 PM - 9:45 PM, when I unpacked & was just pluged in, I found that, its fan is creating a noise like anything. When I gave a close look, then I found that fan & swing system is touching to each other that is why it is creating a noice.
Whole night we spent our night in a gr8 summer duning the month of may.
In the morning, when I registered a complaint to your call centre they provided me the complaint no. 4653104 and assured me that engineer shall visit with in 2 days. I was shocked... 2 days service
for a defective piece supply to the customer in this summer..
Ohh..My god...I have choosen a reputated brand BAJAJ ELECTRICALS. Had I made a mistake..?
Because we trust that Bajaj electricals is a reputated company & provide a good after sale service to its customer otherwise so much of lacal brands are available in the market in very low price as compare to the price which i have paid, company shud replace the product at earliest.
Pls take a serious note on this. & replace the product
