I have lodged a complain on 17 Dec 21 for my defective geyser under warranty. The complain ID generate by customer care was NOI[protected]-1.P
The geyser was inspected by engineer and element found defective.
Since, last one week the heating element/coil has not been made available the reason best known to Bajaj.
During the winter season, the delay in supply and fitment of spare is not understood. The company need to have sufficient stock to cater customer requirement
