I have trying to get in touch with your customer care number @ [protected] for the last one hour. The number is ringing but no one is taking calls. My geyser Sl. No. IO54MS2E and the docket number is[protected] and would request you to kindly replace the tank on priority with a new one. Also note that I have misplaced my old invoice and warranty card. This is second time this tank has got leakage due to which my thermostat and heater is getting bad. Please take up the matter on priority and depute and engineer to resolve immediately.
